Ace Home Centre Product Warranties and Delivery Policies:

• LED Mirror Warranty:

One Year Limited Warranty on LED Mirror

This warranty is to inform the user about the warranty terms and conditions of our product:

    Ace Home Centre warranties all LED Mirrors to be free from defects in electrical parts a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home or office environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Ace Home Centre Authorized repair person. defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of one (1) year.

• How to Claim LED Mirrors warranty?

    Make appointment and Return Product back to location of purchase with original invoice. Returns should be made within the time period of the retailer's policy for repairs or exchanges. Proof of purchase is mandatory. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits or each item for repairs or exchanges. If in case customer couldn’t able to bring item back to store, customer could call store and arrange delivery option which customer will pay for that. Cost of delivery will be according customer’s distance and store will give the offer.

• Faucet & Shower set Warranty:

Two Years Limited Warranty on Bathroom Faucets, Kitchen Faucets and Shower sets.

This warranty is to inform the user about the warranty terms and conditions of our product:

     Ace Home Centre warranties all Faucets and Shower Sets to be free from defects in Cartridge part only, a period of Two (2) years following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home or office environment. This warranty doesn’t cover surface and coating parts on body or handle of faucets and shower sets. This warranty does not cover the functions of handles of faucets or shower sets.  This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage during installation. defective cartridge meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced at no charge during of Two (2) years. After warranty period is passed customer could buy the cartridge at on his/her cost.

• How to Claim Faucets Shower sets warranty?

   Make appointment and visit the location of purchase with original invoice. Proof of purchase is mandatory. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits or each item for replacing cartridge. If in case customer couldn’t able to visit the store, customer could call store and arrange delivery option which customer will pay for that. Cost of delivery will be according customer’s distance and store will give the offer.

• Deliveries Policies:

    Ace Home Centre tries to make purchase even more convenience for customers with delivery options. There is free delivery options on all items in NORTH AMERICA (Except on LED Mirrors and sinks); Delivery cost for mirrors & sinks will be according items and distance of delivery. , For delivery options and cost for LED Mirrors and Sinks, customer could contact store and get delivery charge fees according to their distance of delivery. After delivery is done, Customer has right to inspect Fragile items at the time he/she receives the them and report any damage to the seller.  After That, NO damages will be accepted, and responsibility of damage is with customer. Fragile items are Body parts and paint of shower sets, Vessel Sinks, and Glass part of LED Mirrors specially 4 corners of Mirrors.
